Zirkonzahn has presented a set of innovative products born from the creative mind of Enrico Steger and recently transformed into reality. With his usual creativity, precision and passion, the entrepreneur and inventor Enrico Steger has created a new state – of – the – art product, the milling unit M3. This new CAD/CAM milling design is comprised of one hand piece that moves robotically to pick up each bur during the milling sequence. This new design is a simple process that provides precision fabrication with a variety of cases at a moderate cost for laboratories who desire to mill CAD/CAM restorations at their current lab location. The three-axes design with a single milling head, weighing 160 kg, can be fitted with a 5-axes simultaneous milling device in accordance with Zirkonzahn’s signature modularity feature. The CAD/CAM system 5-TEC instead provides 5 axes right from the start and at 300 kg is a technological marvel, capable of meeting any dental technology requirements. The target of Absolute Precision has been achieved thanks to the new software modules and the new metal milling head, while the
ground-breaking 1800 microwave ovens that can be charged with Argon gas ensures excellent operating speeds: down to 43 minutes for the most complex structures. The technical debates and the exchange of information between experts at the very popular Zirkonzahn Trade show booth immediately ignited the sparks of enthusiasm. One of the things most precious to Enrico Steger (to many customers more of a friend than a supplier) is the sharing of knowledge and the promotion of talent towards achieving excellence in dental technology applications. You can verify this yourself by following the 2011 tour for the presentation of new products or by participating in one of the courses organized at the Zirkonzahn Education Campuses in Gais (South Tyrol – Italy).
