With the new Zirkonzahn.CAM High-Speed module in the Zirkonzahn.Nesting software, we have significantly reduced not only calculation and nesting times but also the milling processes for dental restorations made from soft materials. For example, a complete denture (with upper and lower bases and teeth) can be milled in just approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes.

Nesting PC:
  • Windows 11 with 32 GB of RAM
  • Current NVIDIA graphics card with the latest driver

Software:
  • Zirkonzahn.Modellier software, version 9545 or higher
  • Zirkonzahn.Nesting software, version 9094 or higher
  • Zirkonzahn.Fräsen software, version 4006_0040 or higher

Milling unit:
  • Compatible with the M1 Wet Heavy Metal milling unit, the M2 Comfort Line, the M4 Wet Heavy Metal and the M6 Teleskoper Blank Changer milling units.
  • Chuck with Ø 6 mm
  • CAD/CAM milling bur 2,5 R PMMA (item number: FR6030) for the milling of resin
