Content: | We show you the entire digital workflow for creating a full denture. Together we will practise each work step: from the digital acquisition and articulation of models to the denture set-up in the Zirkonzahn.Modifier software and the finalisation of the restoration. |
Programme
Day 1 (all day)
- Introduction to the world of full denture and overview of the digital workflow
advantages - Set-up of the upper/lower denture in the Zirkonzahn.Modifier software with
already defined bite relation by e.g. old prostheses - Digital acquisition of the upper/lower course models
- Physical vs. digital articulator
- Set-up of the upper/lower denture in the Zirkonzahn.Modifier software by
finding a mean-value for bite relation (e.g. if no prostheses are available) - In the Zirkonzahn.Modifier software: creation of an upper denture base for the
try-in
Day 2 (all day)
- Simulation of the jaw relation
- Scanning and matching the new situation with upper model articulation
performed the day before - Virtual tooth set-up in the Zirkonzahn.Modifier software
- Final design of the upper/lower denture
- Bonding of the denture teeth (Abro® Basic Multistratum®) to the denture base
(Denture Gingiva Basic) according to the cold welding principle - Overview of repair methods for a milled restoration
