Positioning plate + Easy-Fix Model holder
For quick and simple capturing of all common models in the Scanner S600 ARTI, Zirkonzahn now offers a new solution:
The Easy-Fix Model Holder.
Due to the flexible holding pins of the Easy-Fix Model Holder, models can be fixed in no time without time-consuming unscrewing and resealing. The models can simply be clamped into the holder.
Positioning plate + Easy-Fix model holder + Model fixing pin
In order to be able to scan the models in occlusion, also the antagonist can be clamped without problems using the Easy-Fix Model Fixing Pin.
Positioning plate + Easy-Fix Model holder + Clamping claw
The Easy-Fix Model Holder has been designed in such a way that it can be upgraded anytime and is therefore also prepared for future developments. Due to the positive response to the Easy-Fix Model Holder from the part of the dental technicians, the first upgrades were not long in coming: using the Easy-Fix Clamping Claw even the fixing of smaller models (e.g.) half models is no longer a problem.

To scan the models in occlusion, use the clamping fixture Easy-Fix Model Fixing Pin to clamp the antagonist.
Additional components
The Easy-Fix Model Holder is magnetically fixed onto a firmly anchored carrier plate and can hence be removed in a fast and easy way.
Using the magnetic carrier plate of the Easy-Fix System, different additional components can be added and applied in the most simple way.
Positioning plate + Model Position detector
The Model Position Detector allows digital capturing of height, position and alignment of models in the Scanner S600 ARTI. The software automatically brings model and antagonist into the correct position. Then the fine adjustment can be performed manually, using the fine adjustment function in the software. When making subsequent modifications, it is no longer necessary to scan the antagonist again.
The position of the Split-Cast System can be regulated in the Model Position Detector in a way to fit also unfavourably articulated models.
Positioning plate + Multi-die holder
Another attractive component of the Easy-Fix System is the Multi-Die Holder, which is used for simultaneous scanning of multiple single dies. With the Multi-Die Holder it is possible to scan closely positioned dies in one single scanning step – a process which would normally require two scans. The single dies are fixed in the Multi-Die Holder with modelling clay, before being freely assigned in the software. In this way, even upper and lower jaw dies can be scanned simultaneously.
