§ 1 Scope
These terms and conditions underlie all the services within the events offered by Zirkonzahn GmbH and Zirkonzahn Germany GmbH (in the following shortly referred to as Zirkonzahn).
Contrary terms and conditions are only valid if they have been confirmed by Zirkonzahn in writing. The same applies to changes and additions to these terms and conditions. Oral undertakings and subsidiary agreements require the written form.
§ 2 Registration and conclusion of the contract
To the events of Zirkonzahn the customer can register orally, in writing, by fax or on the Internet (via a registration form). After successful registration, the customer will immediately receive a confirmation. This moment is considered to be the time of conclusion of the contract. Because the number of participants is limited, Zirkonzahn considers the applications in the order of their receipt.
The customer data is stored electronically for internal purposes and the order processing is done using automatic data processing.
The customer gives his explicit consent to the processing of data that has become known in the context of contractual relations and necessary for order processing.
The customer also agrees that the data received from the business relationship, within the meaning of the data protection act can be used exclusively for business purposes.

§ 3 Right of withdrawal
The customer has the possibility to revoke registration free of charge until 4 weeks before the start of the event.
In case of cancellation until up to 1 week prior to the start of the event Zirkonzahn invoices 50% of the event fee.
For cancellations within 1 week prior to the event the full amount will be charged.
The customer is entitled to send a suitable substitute participant in his stead, but must announce it in time, so that any necessary changes can be made.
In case of non-appearance of the participant, Zirkonzahn invoices the full event fee.

§ 4 Postponement and cancellation of events
Zirkonzahn reserves the right to cancel or reschedule dates for organizational or technical reasons (E.g. not reaching the minimum number of participants, or absence of the instructor caused by illness).
The participants will be informed immediately (in writing or by telephone).
Fees already paid will be refunded or credited for the participation in other events.
A further claim of damage on the part of the customer shall be excluded.
Zirkonzahn reserves the right to provide equivalent substitute speakers. In this case the participant has no right to claim a refund of the entry fee.

§ 5 Payment terms
The fees for the events shall be paid in euro and in accordance with the agreement.
The event fees will be charged plus the statutory value added tax.
When exceeding the time limits for payments, Zirkonzahn is entitled to charge interest on arrears.
§ 6 Copyright
All rights, those of the translation, the reprint and the duplication of the event-material or parts of it included, are reserved by Zirkonzahn.
No part of the event material can be replicated, duplicated, diffused or used for public reproductions without the written permission of Zirkonzahn.

§ 7 Liability
Lessons and exercises are designed in such a way that an attentive participant can reach the objectives of the event.
Zirkonzahn is not liable for the training success.
The stay in the rooms where the event takes place happens at own risk.
Zirkonzahn is not liable for accidents and damages, loss and theft of brought articles and vehicles; the same applies at other venues.
Zirkonzahn asks to desist from bringing domestic animals.
§ 8 Other
On the contractual relationship and its implementation only the right of the nations applies where the event takes place.
Should individual or several provisions of this Agreement be or become invalid, or should this wording
contain an unintentional gap in the legislation, the parties shall agree such provision as most closely reflects the commercial purpose of the invalid or incomplete provision.
The validity oft he remaining provisions shall remain unaffected thereby.
