Content: | We always develop intelligent solutions! During this course we show you how to create highly stable and functional restorations even in complex cases with diverging implants, without compromising the final aesthetics. Using the innovative CAD/CAM workflow of the Zirkonzahn.Software, we design the secondary structure with the new Double Screw Metal function. Finally, we finish the restoration manually by applying a layer of Gingiva-Composites. |
Programme
Day 1 (all-day)
- Creation of the patient case in the Zirkonzahn.Archiv software
- Scanning the model with a Zirkonzahn scanner
- Digital design of the bar with the Double Screw Metal function
- Elaboration of an already pre-milled bar
- Design of the secondary structure on the bar in the Zirkonzahn.Software; nesting and milling of the structure
Day 2 (morning)
- Finishing the milled secondary structure
- Layering the restoration with Gingiva-Composites
