Content: | During the course we will digitally design a primary structure in Sinternit with previously prepared dies and six crowns made of Prettau® 4 Anterior®. Based on a six-unit anterior, gold-plated primary structure in Sinternit, we will show you how to reproduce a completely natural-looking gingiva with Gingiva-Composites. Using the six crowns made of Prettau® 4 Anterior®, we will also teach you everything you need to know about coloring techniques as well as structure characterization with the ICE Stains 3D by Enrico Steger. In this way, the obtained result is a six-unit anterior primary structure in Sinternit with cemented single crowns made of Prettau® 4 Anterior®. |
Program
Day 1 (all-day)
- Software training: Planning a 6-unit Sinternit structure and Prettau® Anterior® crowns in just one work process
- Elaboration of unsintered Prettau® Anterior® crowns
- Coloring the unsintered Prettau® Anterior® crowns with Colour Liquid Prettau® 4 Anterior® Aquarell
- Drying and sintering of the structures overnight
Day 2 (all-day)
- Evaluation of the sintering results
- Coloring the structure with the ICE Stains 3D by Enrico Steger/glaze material 3D Base Glaze
- Cementation of the crowns onto the Sinternit structures
- Application of Gingiva-Composite Tissue
- Finalization of the structure
- Resolve outstanding issues
