Content: | We prepare for you a 4-unit posterior tooth bridge and an occlusally screw-retained front tooth made of Prettau® Zirconia. After the finalization of these two structures, we teach you the special coloring technique of Prettau® Zirconia and its further personalization by means of ceramic veneering in the anterior and gingival region with ICE Zirkon 3D Stains by Enrico Steger. |
Program
Day 1 (afternoon)
- Basic characteristics, particularities and range of application of Prettau® Zirconia
- Elaboration of an unsintered Prettau® Bridge
- Coloring the structure with Colour Liquid Prettau® Aquarell
- Information about the sintering furnace and and densly sintering the Prettau® Bridge overnight
Day 2 (all-day)
- Examining the work results of the previous day
- Fitting and polishing
- Initial ceramic layering (Prettau® Bridge): Wash firing
- Initial ceramic layering (anterior tooth): Wash firing
- Coloring of the front tooth with ICE Zirkon 3D Stains by Enrico Steger; glaze firing
- Finalisation of the job
- Explanations of the firing cycle and the temperatures
- Resolve outstanding issues
