P4000 system for 3D printing

3D printing system with printer, software, post-curing lamp and resin

With the new 3D printing system, Zirkonzahn provides dental technicians and dentists with a practical solution for the manufacture of resin dental models. In this way, practices and mid-size dental laboratories can now benefit from a pre-set package specially conceived for the dental workflow. The complete system with pre-configured settings is particularly advantageous: not only does it ensure full compatibility between all components included, but it prevents the user from spending valuable time testing print parameters or finding the most suitable resins and devices to use in combination with the printer. The system includes:

P4000 Printer   Zirkonzahn.Slicer   L300 Post-Curing Lamp   Printer Resins

P4000 Printer

LCD printer with 4K monochrome display (XY resolution: 0.052 mm) and heated printing chamber.

P4000 Printer is a space-saving LCD printer equipped with a touch screen with intuitive user interface as well as WiFi, LAN and USB connections for stand-alone operations. Depending on the structure and dimensions, the large printing volume permits the simoultaneously production of up to 21 Geller models or 15 full-arch models. The resin vat is provided with state-of-the-art nFEP film permeable to oxygen, which, in combination with the LED panel, enables a distortion-free manufacture of dental objects in a short time. The 3D printer is open-system but works ideally in combination with the Printer Resins and Printer Resins Waterbased by Zirkonzahn, available in many colours and for different uses.
The P4000 Printer also includes the Zirkonzahn.Slicer software.

Zirkonzahn.Slicer

Zirkonzahn.Slicer is fully compatible with both Zirkonzahn.Modellier and Zirkonzahn.Modifier software: the user can create the models using the Model Maker software module available in both design software and then simply import them into the slicing software for further editing. Zirkonzahn.Slicer is specifically conceived for dental use and its pre-configured settings ensure a smooth and uniform printing workflow. The pre-set parameters also allow the creation of support structures for a wide variety of dental restorations, while the printing option in multiple resolutions further reduces the printing time.
