Content: | We will explain the handling of the Detection Eye intraoral scanner and explain the correct integration and positioning of all patient data (including X-ray data and STL data) in the software as well as the virtual articulation with the PlaneFinder®. During practical exercises, we explain you the interaction of the single Zirkonzahn.Softwares and go through the complete digital workflow. We create individual impression trays, surgical guides and design a temporary restoration. Moreover, you will learn many hints and tricks for a useful workflow design. |
Programme overview – Course schedule
Day 1 (all-day)
- Introduction to the handling of the Detection Eye intraoral scanner
- Import of the data into the Zirkonzahn.Software
- Integration of 3D face scans and 2D photo material
- Matching of the data and virtual articulation with the PlaneFinder®
- Explanation of the digital workflow
- Creation of surgical guides
Day 2 (all-day)
- Transfer of the planned implant position with scanmarkers into the Zirkonzahn.Modellier software
- Planning of a temporary restoration as a wax-up based on the planned tooth restoration
- Introduction to the use of ScanAnalogs and White Scanmarker
- Integration of the obtained data into the Zirkonzahn.Software
- Introduction to the CAD/CAM Model Maker software module
- Creation of models with ScanAnalogs
- Introduction to the Zirkonzahn.Tray software/creation of individual impression trays
Day 3 (all-day)
- Repetition of the learned contents
- Time for practising: Autonomous matching of all data of a patient case in the Zirkonzahn.Software
- Insight into the network technology
- Explanation of the composition of the Zirkonzahn CAD/CAM system
- Converting Dicom data into STL format
- First insight into software Zirkonzahn.Modifier and design of a mock-up
