Content: | We layer, layer and layer! With the help of a prepared zirconia structure, we teach you the art of ceramic layering with our ICE Zirkon Ceramics. We explain to you everything you have to know about ceramic veneering of zirconia – from the firing temperature to the surface design. |
Programme
Day 1 (all-day)
- Basic characteristics, particularities and range of application of Prettau® Zirconia
- Ceramic layering of sintered zirconia crowns: Wash firing and first dentine layering
- Elaboration of the crowns, colouring with the ICE Zirkon 3D Stains by Enrico Steger and second dentine layering
Day 2 (all-day)
- Elaboration of the surface texture
- Final elaboration
- Stain and glaze firing
- Explanations regarding the layering scheme and the temperatures
- Resolve outstanding issues
