Content: | On the basis of a 6-unit structure in Prettau® Zirconia, we show you how to elaborate and customise the anterior region in a particularly natural way, by colouring it and applying a slight layering of ICE Zirkon Ceramics without the result of ceramic chipping. We finalise the structure together and exchange hints and tricks. |
Program
1st Day (all-day)
- Basic characteristics, particularities and range of application of Prettau® Zirconia
- Elaboration of a unsintered Prettau® Zirconia structure
- Colouring the structure with Colour Liquid Prettau® Aquarell
- Information about the sintering furnace and then densly sintering the Prettau® Bridge overnight
2nd Day (all-day)
- Examining the work results of the previous day
- Beginning of the ceramic layering: Wash firing
- Colouring with ICE Zirkon 3D Stains by Enrico Steger
- Dentine layering
- Final elaboration and glaze firing
- Explanations regarding the layering scheme and temperatures
- Resolve outstanding issues
